Random Fitness App generates a custom exercise plan for every workout. Choose parameters including type, time, equipment, and body parts. Equipment includes TRX Straps, Bosu Ball, Sandbag, Pull Up Bar, Medicine Ball, Long Resistance Bands and Short Resistance Bands. The equipment and exercises were hand-picked to best strengthen and stabilize your body, spine, and tendons.
I built this system after being almost completely incapacitated by a slipped disk and being diagnosed with Scoliosis. For 2 years I lived with constant back pain. Not being able to do any of the outdoor activities that I love, much less play any sports, allowed depression to creep in. Lifting weights only exacerbated the problem. Stretching alone didnt do anything. Slowly I started building a routine to stretch and strengthen my hips and spine. Doing the same things over and over 3 or 4 times a week. I kept adding new things to the routine until eventually it just became too long.
Thats when I created this system. Thats when the real magic happened. Noticing that doing a lot of different exercises instead of just a few over and over helped my spine so much more.
I have also programmed the system to be able to do a circuit, but my spine prefers randomness. Randomness is still not total randomness. There is still a lot of programming behind the exercises that are picked. But instead of repeating the same few exercises a determined amount of times, you just move on to the next exercise. It also makes it less boring.
